I’m excited to join the Internet Society Foundation as a Training and Learning Advisor. In this role, I am responsible for designing and rolling out new courses that reflect the ever-changing digital world. My goal is to make learning as engaging and applicable as possible for all participants.
Prior to joining the Internet Society Foundation, I managed a team within DAI’s Center for Digital Acceleration that focused on helping partners around the world to safely and responsibly integrate digital tools and approaches into development programming. A huge part of this role was leading our training portfolio, developing and facilitating technology-focused trainings on topics such as digital inclusion, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. Before DAI, I worked at USAID, Friends of the Global Fight Against AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, and Grassroot Soccer.
I have a Bachelors in International Development from Emory University and a Masters in Global Human Development from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. I live in Washington, DC, with my family, including two young kids (two and four months!). Whenever I get a free minute, which is rare, I love to exercise and listen to crime/mystery audiobooks.
