Felix Arhin

LMS Administrator

I am the LMS Administrator at the Internet Society Foundation, where I support the systems and processes that make learning more accessible, organized, and useful for the people it is meant to serve. I’m drawn to work that helps create a smoother path for staff, partners, and communities to engage with the Foundation’s learning experiences.

My background spans learning and development, LMS administration, training delivery, and operations. I have supported learning platform migrations, course organization, learner communications, reporting, onboarding, and training across technology- and operations-focused environments.

Before joining the Foundation, I worked across healthcare logistics, social media technology, and enterprise automation in roles that connected learning, operations, and technology. These experiences shaped my belief that effective learning systems should feel clear, practical, and people-centered. When designed well, they reduce confusion, support participation, and help people focus on building skills and sharing knowledge.

Away from work, I’m usually watching football, going for a walk, or capturing everyday moments through videography. I’m based in Canada.
