Eliana Fram
I’m the Planning and Reporting Manager at the Internet Society Foundation, where I translate strategy into action—designing planning cycles, coordinating reporting, and making sure our goals stay aligned and impactful.
My background spans program management, communications, and tech for good. I’ve worked across government, nonprofits, and international organizations on issues from broadband equity and digital literacy to innovation and inclusion. I’m an advocate for technology in development. I am dedicated to creating opportunities for social mobility, reducing poverty, and increasing economic prosperity for everyone.
I hold Social Communication, Anthropology, and International Development and Policy degrees. When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me walking my dog, enjoying music, or planning a last-minute trip.
