PROJECT OBJECTIVE
The core objective of this project is to bridge the digital divide in Armenia by establishing reliable broadband Internet connectivity in underserved rural communities. The initiative aims to overcome the geographical and economic barriers that have long excluded these areas from digital infrastructure, thereby unlocking new social and economic opportunities for their residents.
PROJECT IMPORTANCE
By bringing broadband Internet to underserved communities, the project will enable residents to participate more fully in the digital economy and society. The initiative is supported by motivated local communities and youth committed to driving positive change in their villages. It aligns with the Armenian government’s broader strategy for nationwide broadband development and seeks to ensure that rural Armenians are not left behind in the digital age.
