Luciana Arlidge

Associate Program Officer

At the Internet Society Foundation, I serve as an Associate Program Officer in the Connectivity portfolio.

I bring over a decade of experience managing large-scale social impact projects across the public sector, non-profit organizations, and international institutions in Brazil and internationally, with a focus on economic development, community engagement, and social inclusion.

Previously, I led public policies in technical and vocational education at the Secretariat of Economic Development of the State of São Paulo, where I coordinated complex, multi-stakeholder programs. Before São Paulo’s Government, I worked as a Gender Consultant at the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Asia-Pacific in Bangkok, supporting cross-sectoral initiatives related to gender equality and advocacy across the region.

I hold a Master’s degree in Economic Development from Lund University, a Postgraduate degree in Public Management from Insper Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from PUC-SP. In my free time, I enjoy hiking and spending time with friends and family. I am based in Brazil.
