Sebastián Schonfeld
I work in communications, cultural management, and event production, with a background that spans both the public and private sectors. Over the years, I’ve focused on strategic communication and on designing policies that support the development of the cultural sector. I’ve also had the opportunity to teach at the University of Palermo.
Beyond my professional work, I’m part of several international networks, including the Global Diplomacy Lab, the BMW Foundation Responsible Leaders Network, the Bosch Alumni Network, and the Auschwitz Institute for the Prevention of Genocide Alumni community.
I studied Arts at the University of Buenos Aires and hold a BA in Social Sciences from the University of Palermo. I’m currently continuing my studies in Humanities.
Outside of work, I’m very much a family person. I enjoy cooking (especially for others), watching films, reading both fiction and non-fiction, and the occasional karaoke session. While I may not exercise as much as I should, I’m a fan of long city walks and biking. At home, you’ll usually find me tending to my small garden—especially my lemon tree—or working on whatever needs fixing, painting, or building something new. I’m based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
