Stephanie Parker
I am the Director of Learning, Evaluation, & Impact at the Internet Society Foundation. I lead efforts to gather data and facilitate learning processes that help ensure our grant programs are effective and impactful.
Prior to joining the Foundation, I spent over 15 years in roles that involved collecting and using data in support of a diverse set of programs around the world. From governance to public health to agriculture to consumer protection projects, I have repeatedly seen the value of drawing on evidence when designing and implementing programs that advance fundamental rights and address the needs of people around the world.
I hold a master’s degree in International Development Studies from the George Washington University in Washington, DC, USA and a bachelor’s degree in Literature and Economics from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, CA, USA.
When not working, I enjoy curling up with a good novel, playing volleyball, or tackling a jigsaw puzzle.
