What is a Theory of Change?
A theory of change is a clear and organized way to understand how our actions lead to real changes in the world and impact people's lives.
Many of the issues we work on are complex, and we want to be sure that our work looks beyond delivering activities and considers how these activities, and our funding, influence wider systems on internet connectivity and access.
We know that one third of the world’s population do not have access to the Internet. This digital divide leads to negative effects on economic, political, and social inclusion and equality.
We know that the Internet paves the way for people and communities to thrive.
Our theory of change aims to tackle this challenge by empowering and supporting people to bring the Internet to everyone so that we can help to close the gap on economic, political and social inequality.

Problem statement
